As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day to day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our workers, customers & communities.
At Aima Tea Co., taking care of both the community and our employees is important to us. All employees are trained on proper hand washing protocol, work areas are cleaned prior to shipping each package and all employees wear vinyl gloves when packaging orders.

Order value exceed $75 will ship via USPS for free!
Where do you ship?
Aima Tea Co. only ship to addresses within United States at this time. We are not responsible for errors in shipping address where it was the buyer who placed the wrong address.
What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
Orders will be processed and fulfilled within 3-6 business days.
How much does shipping & handling cost?
Our shipping rate is based on the weight and dimensions of your order content.
There are two services: USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail
Where can I find my tracking information?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse. Please note that tracking links generally need around 24 business hours to generate.
My package was lost or stolen. What do I do?
Unfortunately we do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen merchandise in transit at this time. Please contact your local USPS for additional tracking support. Apologies for the inconveniences.
Product will ship on a maximum of three days after the order is placed and payment is processed.
